    96 people at 5 minutes each.

    48 people at 10 minutes each.

    Usually 8:15am-6pm with time for setup, 15 minute am break, 30 minute lunch break and a 15 minute afternoon break.

  • 4 Hours of Shooting Time, contiguous hours back to back.

  • Free retouching takes 5 days.

    Rush service with 24 hour turnaround is a flat rate of an additional $400.

What We Need From You:

  1. Pick the date and make payment online.

  2. Tell your people to schedule their appointment online and be camera ready 5-10 minutes early.

  3. Remind people they must select their favorite photo from their gallery within an hour of the shoot if they want it retouched.

  4. Supply any room. We can work around tables. No light needed. Bigger is better. Or give us a choice of rooms when we arrive.

  5. Have Your IT department approve emails coming from noreply@HeadshotTools.com This is where the photos will be instantly delivered from.

  6. One table and two chairs if it is an empty room.

  7. One standard electrical outlet.

  8. WiFi if strong, otherwise we will bring our own.

  9. Assign a staff member to make sure there is a steady flow of people.
