How It Works

  • If I am coming to your location, have a conference room for me. I don’t need windows, but always prefer a larger room to a smaller one. Don’t worry about the furniture. I always work around it. Higher ceilings without hanging light fixtures that may get in the way are always a preference. But I can always work with what you give me. Ill set up my lights and background for 30 minutes.  All my gear fits inside a rolling suitcase, so I don’t need a freight elevator or special treatment.
  • Schedule each person in 15 minute increments. Please have a printout of names and telephone numbers if its a larger group. One person late can mess up the flow of the day.
  • Remind everyone ahead of time that its picture day and to dress appropriately. SO MANY PEOPLE SAY THEY FORGOT! Remind them!!!! Stress the importance of being on-time or a few minutes early.
  • I will coach each person on how to pose, think, and smile to get the best photo.
  • I will take 15-25 shots of each person and then we will review the photos and use my comparison software to easily pick the favorite photo from the collection.
  • The favorite photo will be retouched and emailed within 48 hours. I send a cropped 8″x10″ 300 dpi .jpg file.
  • I can match your existing photos backgrounds and style.
  • I always crop shoulders out of the photo when I take it unless you tell me otherwise.
